  1. Accepting These Terms

    This document makes up our house rules, or what we officially call our Terms of Service (the “Terms” for short).

    The Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Out Of Africa Collection LLC.

    Please note. Disputes with OOFC, contains an arbitration clause and class action waiver. By agreeing to the Terms, you agree to resolve all disputes through binding individual arbitration, which means that you waive any right to have those disputes decided by a judge or jury, and that you waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

    2. Purchasing an Item online

    When you buy from our shop, you are directly supporting an independent business, with its unique processing times, and payment systems. By making a purchase from the seller, you agree that you have:

    1. Read the item description and shop policies before making a purchase;

    2. Submitted appropriate payment for item(s) purchased;

    3. Provided accurate shipping information to the seller.

    You also agree to comply with our Payment policy when you use online payments.

  2. OOFC accepts payment by authorized credit and debit card transactions, some bank transfers services, PayPal, transactions & using Square POS system, Those funds credited to a seller’s payment account.

    Buyers may authorize a payment with any major credit or debit card accepted by OOFC, through PayPal INC.

  3. Your Privacy

    We know your personal information is important to you, so it’s important to us. By using our Services, you're also agreeing that we can process your information.

    Personal information (for example, buyer name, email address, and shipping address) and are therefore considered separate and independent data controllers of buyers’ personal information under law. That means that each party is responsible for the personal information it processes in providing the Services.
